Do you want it sent?
We send packages via PostNL when these fall within the following dimensions and weight:
- Maximum dimensions 176 x 78 x 58 cm.
- Minimum dimensions 14 x 9 x 1 cm.
- The package may not be more than 30 kg
We ship larger or heavier packages via GLS.
Minimum format: 14 x 9 cm
Maximum format: 38 x 26.5 x 3.2 cm
Maximum weight: 2 kg

We ship our products on Tuesday and Friday as long as the products are available from stock.
On our website we have stated the expected delivery time per product. This is an indication. We make a number of products ourselves and we can maintain the stock of these ourselves. We purchase some products and depend on our suppliers if they are in stock.
If it happens that an item is no longer available at the time of ordering, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
We cannot specify an exact date and / or time when your order will be delivered because we depend on the carriers. But after your order you will receive a track & trace code with which you can track your package.
Does the product not fully meet your wishes and do you want to return something? That’s no problem!
In that case you can return the item to the store in its original and undamaged condition within 14 days after receipt. First send us an email at email@example.com which article you want to send back.
The purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days as soon as we have received the item in good order and undamaged.
You can return the item in the original packaging with the order confirmation / invoice sufficiently stamped and properly packaged to the store:

The return amount cannot be paid in cash but will be refunded to the specified account number within 14 days.
If we receive the item damaged and / or not in its original condition, the right to a refund will lapse. Industrialz is also not responsible for loss or damage during return shipment. Always ensure a shipping confirmation and a track & trace code.
You are not required to give a reason, but it does help us improve the service.
The Lightbar is a product that is specially made to measure. This product cannot be returned for this reason. This is also described with the product itself on the webshop.
Return defective item
If you have received an item that is not working properly or is even broken, you can report this by sending a message to: firstname.lastname@example.org in 3 day after receiving the product.
Provide your details, order number, description and send a photo of the product and the complaints. We will contact you as soon as possible and look for a suitable solution.
